Pay equity reports
At APM Terminals, we are committed to and engaged in building a work environment where diversity is valued, equality is promoted and every individual is respected. As part of this commitment, we are dedicated to looking carefully and respectfully at the issue of gender equality.
In accordance with the Brazilian Pay Equity Law, APM Terminals Pecém publishes a report twice a year outlining salary comparisons between men and women, workforce representation by gender and race, and the company's initiatives to promote diversity and equal pay.
