Empty return appointments – new requirement for container ID

Starting Monday 7/11 all EMPTY RETURN appointments will require the empty container ID to be updated on the appointment no later than one (1) hour before the start of the appointment or the empty appointment will be returned back into the pool. TERMPoint users can still book generic empty return appointments in advance as normal, but its crucial that the empty container ID is added accordingly at least one (1) hour before the start of that window to keep it.

This initiative will eliminate confirmed generic empty return appointments going unused and provide more of an opportunity for other TERMPoint users to secure empty return appts.

Please make sure to add the container # on any empty return appts. you may have made prior to Mon. 7/11 and moving forward.
