Introducing Appointment for LCL shipments

Dear Valued Customers,

To serve our LCL customers in most efficient manner and to plan the cargo delivery without any delays at Shed # 3, effective from Sunday 17th September 2023, we would request LCL customers to approach our Customer Service office for Appointment and settle the dues such as storage charges, if any with us latest by 15:00 hours on same day.

The team at Customer Service Office will be available between 07:00 – 15:00 hours from Saturday to Thursday.

Alternatively, customers can share copy of delivery order and advise the date of clearance by email Service.Bahrain@apmterminals.com for team to create appointment and share with Customer by email. Unfortunately at this point of time, said booking feature will not be available in our LIFT online application.
