To apply for a new visitor pass please email the following items to service.pipavav@apmterminals.com from your company email. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for the request to be processed.
- Recent Photo
- Copy of photo ID card (issued by Govt. of India - e.g. PAN card, Aadhar card, Driving License etc.)
The Customs Department and the APM Terminals Security desk will verify your document & approve the request.
Please collect your port pass on arrival from the APM Terminals security desk.
