Peel Off
Cargo is consolidated in the yard for specific customers and available for pick up in one shift. Containers are distributed from top of stack on one truck to the next truck, until all cargo is delivered. This results in significant improvements in cargo pick-up time.
Break Bulk & OOG
Pier 400 has a specialist team and equipment ready to load and unload your Out-of-Gauge or Break Bulk Cargo. We also have facilities to store these types of cargo if required.
On-Dock Rail
Deliver your cargo with fastest rail turn time in Southern California. With 12 working tracks plus 6 storage tracks Pier 400 is capable of handling 1,100 FEUs per day on Class I rail roads (BNSF and UP), with an average East bound dwell time of less than two days.
