€47 million investment

In 2019, APM Terminals invested €47 million to increase capacity and productivity. Investments included 29 new straddle carriers, and two new Super Post Panamax cranes that enable  operations with ships of up to 23 containers across the beam. The terminal also increased its reefer capacity by 31% through the installation of reefer racks that enable reefer containers to be stacked four high.
