Late Arrival solutions

Extended access for late or urgent shipments

Late Arrival is a premium service at Aarhus designed to give customers greater flexibility when cargo is running behind schedule. The service allows shipments to be delivered to the terminal after the standard cut-off time, helping ensure cargo can still be loaded onto the planned vessel.

In a logistics environment where delays can occur due to transport disruption, production issues, or last-minute changes, Late Arrival at Aarhus provides a reliable solution—reducing the risk, cost, and disruption associated with missing a vessel departure.

Late Arrival is not an ad-hoc exception. It is a structured, planned service that enables Aarhus and its customers to manage unpredictability in a controlled and efficient way.

With Late Arrival at Aarhus, customers can

  • Safeguard supply chains
Reduce the risk of missed vessel departures, rollovers, and associated delays
  • Maintain operational flexibility
Provide hauliers and forwarders with additional time when schedules are tight and manage last-minute schedule changes with confidence.
  • Control costs
