How it works

	Submit request Submit your Late Arrival request to your shipping line.
	Receive approval The shipping line confirms feasibility with Aarhus's operations team. Once approved, the terminal authorises Late Arrival and notifies the exporter of the revised cut-off time and applicable fees.
	Gate arrival Truck arrives before the revised cut-off time, is processed at the gate, positioned in the yard and scheduled for loading.
	Vessel loading The container is loaded onto the planned vessel.
	Invoicing Terminal sends an invoice with charges linked to your booking or container number.
