Keld Pedersen

Keld Pedersen started in his role as Head of APM Terminals Business System (ABS) in July 2026. He is responsible for advancing operational excellence across APM Terminals by driving the adoption of the company's business system and enabling consistent ways of working, performance improvement and sustainable growth across the global portfolio.

Prior to his current role, Keld served as Vice President and Head of APM Terminals' global Transshipment Hub Portfolio. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions across Europe, Asia and Africa, including Managing Director assignments in Malaysia, Sweden, India, Spain and Morocco.

Keld joined A.P. Moller-Maersk in 1991 and began his career at sea, rising to the rank of Captain. He holds a Master Mariner Certificate and a Bachelor in Economics and Management and has completed executive education programmes at London Business School and IMD Switzerland.
