Book your customers examinations online

  • Please register by visiting https://exambooking-apapa.apmterminals.com, validate your log in by visiting customer service, and proceed to carry out your bookings online.
  • Please be informed that booking requests end at 5 pm each day.
  • If you want to secure your preferred booking date to be the next day, you must make your booking on or before 5 p.m. at the latest, except for days that are blocked owing to public holidays, scanner repair, Nigeria Customs Service notices of non-booking days, etc.

Enhanced Process For Container Scanning And Examination Positioning

Our customers can expect service delivery on the chosen scheduled day because of the enhanced process. We humbly ask that you schedule your booking as early as possible.

Customer Effort Score (CES) has taken the role of our previous customer satisfaction measurement (CSAT) in order to enhance the quality and ease of your service interactions with us.

CES is a metric that assesses the level of interaction that customers make with us in order to receive timely resolutions to support-related concerns. Every time an email case is closed, you will immediately get the notice below, which gives you the chance to comment on the service and the problem's resolution.This will allow us to evaluate your feedback and consider making further improvements by either totally removing problems or immediately correcting them.

Request TDOs online

As a responsive company, we took note of your feedbacks and took steps to enhance the quality of our ONLINE TDO service guaranteeing a dependable and effective TDO experience.

Our customers can use this service to place online requests for TDOs (Terminal Delivery Orders) from any location, saving them the trouble of having to wait in line in our office. Online TDO saves you time, money and offers tremendous convenience as all you need is an internet-enabled smartphone, tablet, laptop, or system.

  • Kindly note that all Fast track TDO & Bond requests must be submitted using Termview' s Online TDO interface.
  • All requests are handled between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.; those received after that time will be handled the following day.
