Customer Advisory: Information on Terminal Delivery Order (E-TDO)

Dear Valued Customer,

In line with our continuous commitment to service excellence and improved ease of doing business, we have further enhanced the Electronic Terminal Delivery Order (E‑TDO) request system to extend its functionality to scanning‑released jobs.

Effective 01 April 2026, Terminal Delivery Order (TDO) requests for transire/bond, Fast Track, AEO, and NCS channel of release (scanning) will no longer be processed or attended to over the counter.

All customers are therefore encouraged to make use of the E‑TDO platform for submitting TDO requests under the categories listed above.
