Customer Information - National Single Window (Nsw) Platform

Dear Esteemed Customer,

Please be informed that the End-User Training (EUT) for the National Single Window (NSW) platform is scheduled to commence on 16 February 2026 and will run until 13 March 2026.
The EUT programme is designed to equip all stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills required for the effective utilisation of the NSW platform ahead of the official go-live.

Important Information
Each participant is required to attend a two-day training session at any preferred location.
All participants are kindly requested to schedule and book their preferred training location and dates via the official booking platform.
Each training location has a maximum capacity of 50 participants per session; therefore, early booking is strongly advised to secure a convenient slot.
