Expiration of the 2025 Letter of Authority (LOA) - APM Terminals, Apapa (effective April 1, 2026)

Dear Valued Customer,

Further to our advisory issued on January 27, 2026, please be reminded that effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026, APM Terminals Apapa will no longer accept the 2025 Letter of Authority (LOA) for any transaction.

To avoid any service disruption, we kindly advise you to visit our Customer Care Counter at your earliest convenience to have your 2026 LOA duly stamped and processed.

Please note that only the 2026 LOA will be recognized and permitted for use from April 1, 2026, and only agencies with a valid 2026 LOA will be authorized to conduct transactions at APM Terminals Customer Care.
