Online TDO service for a faster and more convenient experience

Dear Valued Customer,

As part of our commitment to delivering excellent service, we continue to encourage you to take advantage of our Online TDO service to provide a more reliable, efficient, and seamless TDO processing experience.

With the Online TDO platform, customers can submit Terminal Delivery Order (TDO) requests from anywhere, eliminating the need to visit our office or wait in queues.

Benefits include convenient access from any location, faster request processing, reduced time and transportation costs and easy access using any internet-enabled smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer

Please note that all Scanning TDO, Fast Track TDO, and Bond TDO requests must be submitted through the TermView Online TDO interface.

Updated Service Hours

Effective September 1, 2026 our service hours are as follows:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Weekends: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Requests received outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
