Upgrade the version of Custom's ASYCUDA international system

Please note that the Information Technology Director of Jordanian Customs will upgrade the version of the ASYCUDA international system, which will be suspended for four hours starting at 11:30 pm on Thursday, September 6, 2022, to finish the update process.
