Adjustment to Aqaba Container Terminal Service Charge (Tariff)

Greetings from ACT,

Reference to our letter number TOP COM 024 2025 dated 02/09/2025, kindly be noted below:

1. All containers stored in ACT yards after 29 September 2025 will be subject to the new tariff.
2. All vessels departing after 29 September 2025 will be subject to the new tariff.
3. All containers that have been partially invoiced and remain in ACT yards after 29 September 2025, shall be subject to the new tariff for any services not yet invoiced.
