Prophet’s birthday Holiday

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that on the occasion of Prophet’s birthday Holiday on Thursday, 29^th October 2020, our service coverage will be as follows:

• Appointment office will be closed on Thursday 29^th and will resume on Saturday 31^st October 2020.
• Gate operations will continue as normal including delivery of import laden containers between 08:00 till 16:00 hours. However due to monthly maintenance of Customs scanner on 30^th October between 12:00 – 14:00 hours Scanner service will not be available.
• Vessel operations (Container and General Cargo) will continue as normal.
• CFS Shed will be closed on Thursday 29^th and will resume on Saturday 31^st October 2020.
• Administration offices will be closed on Thursday 29^th October and will resume on Sunday 1^st November 2020.

All customers are requested to plan as per the above to avoid any delays.

ايها العملاء الكرام،

يرجى العلم أنه بمناسبة المولد النبوي الشريف الموافق في يوم الخميس ، 29 أكتوبر 2020 ، ستكون تغطية خدمتنا على النحو التالي :

• سيتم إغلاق مكتب المواعيد يوم الخميس 29 ويستأنف يوم السبت 31 أكتوبر 2020 .

• ستستمر عمليات البوابة كالمعتاد بما في ذلك تسلي م الحاويات المستوردة بين الساع ة 08:00 حتى الساعة 16:00 . ولكن نظرًا للصيانة الشهرية للماسح الجمركي في 30 أكتوبر سوف لن تتوفر خدمة الماسح الضوئي بين الساعة 12:00 - 14:00 .

• ستستمر عمليات السفن )الحاويات والبضائع العامة( كالمعتاد.

• سيتم إغلاق خدمة المستودعات ) 2 ، 3 ، 4 ( يوم الخميس 29 وستستأنف يوم السبت 31 أكتوبر 2020 .

• سيتم إغلاق المكاتب الإدارية يوم الخميس 29 أكتوبر وستستأنف يوم الأحد 1 نوفمبر 2020 .
