Customer Advisory: Eid Al-Fitr Holiday

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be advised that the period from 13^th to 15^th of May 2021 is expected to be declared as holidays on account of Eid Al-Fitr (subject to sighting of the moon). Our business timings during this holiday period will be as follows:

• Vessel Operations: Shall continue as normal.
• CFS/LCL Operations & Appointment office: Shall resume duty on Monday 17^th May 2021.
• Gate will open between 08:00 – 16:00 hours throughout the holiday period for all transactions.
• Administration Offices – Will resume on duty on Tuesday 18^th of May 2021.

All customers are requested to plan as per the above to avoid any delays.

ايها العملاء الكرام،

يرجى العلم أن ه من المتوقع إعلان الفترة من 13 إلى 15 مايو 2021 كعطلات بمناسبة عيد الفطر )رهنا برؤية القمر(. ستكون أوقات عملنا خلال فترة العطل ة عل ى النحو التال ي :

• عمليات السفن: يجب أن تستمر كالمعتاد.

• مكتب الحجوزات و المستودعات CFS / LCL : يستأنف العمل يوم الأثنين 17 مايو 2021 .

• سيتم فتح البوابة بين الساعة 8:00 - 16:00 طوا ل فترة العطلة لجميع المعاملات.

• المكاتب الإدارية - تستأنف العمل يوم الثلاثاء 18 مايو 2021 .

يطلب من جميع العملاء التخطيط وفقًا لما ورد أعلاه لتجنب أي تأخير.
