Customer Advisory - Renovation of Customer Service office

Effective from Saturday 23rd December 2023 till Wednesday 10th January 2024, Customer Service office will be under renovation. During this period, Appointment team will be located as below:

Mr. Hussain AlSamahiji – Appointment Officer will be available at Commercial office at Admin building from Sunday – Thursday between 07:00 – 15:30 hours and his contact Numbers are 17365550/36884870. The remaining Customer Services Executives will be working from home Saturday to Thursday between 07:00 – 15:30 hours and their contact details are as below:
