Capturing incorrect VGM

Dear Valued Customers,

As we continue our efforts to make your journey with the Port as smooth as possible, we recently observed that some of the trucks are not positioning at weigh bridge correctly at GATE IN, which results in incorrect capturing of the VGM (Verified Gross Mass) which will lead to difference in weight with Shipping Agents and Shippers.

GATE IN ، مما يؤدي إلى التقاط غير صحيح ل (الكتلة الإجمالية المؤكدة) مما سيؤدي إلى اختلاف في الوزن مع وكلاء الشحن والشاحنين.

To avoid such conflict, we would request that respective drivers to place trucks on the weigh-bridge in the correct position to avoid any discrepancy.
