Mandatory Truck Appointments – effective 19th April 2024

Dear Valued Customers,

Further to our Customer Advisory Ref: APMT/COM/003/2024 dated 13th February 2024. We are pleased to announce that Truck Appointment System (TAS) will go-live effective from Friday 19th April 2024.

All truck operators are requested to have truck appointment for respective transactions such as Import & Export (gate-out and gate-in), as well as Empty (gate-out and gate-in).

In the event of truck missing the original appointment, the transporter is expected to rebook for next available slot, through our online application.

Please note that any trucks arriving KBSP, without valid Truck Appointment, shall not be permitted to enter the terminal.

بناءا على مرجع خطاب العمالء بتاريخ 13 فبراير .2024 003/2024 / COM / APMT يسرنا أن نعلن أن ه سيبدأ العمل ب ن ظام مواعيد الشاحنات اعتبارا من يوم الجمعة 19 أبريل 2024

يطلب من جميع مشغلي الشاحنات الحصول على موعد للشاحنة للمعامالت المعنية مثل االستيراد والتصدير )بوابة الخروج
والدخول إلى البوابة( ، وكذلك معامالت ال حاويات الفارغة )بوابة الخروج وبوابة الدخول( .

في حالة فقدان الشاحنة للموعد األصلي ، فأنه من المتوقع من الناقل إعادة الحجز المتاح التالي ، من خالل تطبيقنا عبر اإلنترنت .

يرجى مالحظة أنه لن يسمح بدخول أي شاحنة للميناء دون توافر موعد صالح للشاحنة
