Customer advisory: Suspension of port operations

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be advised that port operations at Khalifa Bin Salman Port, including berth and gate operations, will be suspended in line with guidance received from the relevant government and regulatory authorities.

The suspension will be in effect from 0100 hrs on 8 April 2026 until 0100 hrs on 10 April 2026.

All gate appointments scheduled during this period stand cancelled. Customers are requested not to dispatch trucks or personnel to the terminal during this period.

Further updates regarding the resumption of operations will be communicated as the situation evolves.
