3. Any defective, damaged, stuck, or seized twist lock must be reported and repaired before the trailer is presented for operations.
4. Transport companies should carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance of trailer twist locks to ensure they remain in proper working condition.
5. Drivers must remain attentive throughout container-handling operations and comply with all terminal safety requirements and instructions.

All transport companies are requested to communicate this advisory to their drivers and relevant personnel and reinforce the importance of proper trailer inspection and maintenance.
