Export In Return
To pick up an already gated in unit please:
- Contact the shipping line.
- The shipping line will then inform the Customer Care Team at APM Terminals Gothenburg about the Export in Return and specify the container number.
- Once The Customer Care Team have updated and confirmed the unit as Export in Return to the shipping line the unit can be picked up.
- Make an appointment in TERMPoint using appointment type 'export pickup' with container number as reference.
