Container Weighing
Simply book and pay for container weighing online. Weighing is carried out safely and efficiently when the containers arrive at the terminal. The Verified Gross Mass (VGM) is then sent to the shipping company through EDI.

Free Container Storage
Import units and storage units have 3 working days free of Port Storage. Export and transshipment units have 5 working days free of Port Storage. Temperature controlled units, units containing dangerous goods, and OOG units have the same free Port Storage terms.
The Gothenburg Gateway
APM Terminals has worked hard to increase efficiency and increase digitization to enable faster handling of goods. The concept of The Gothenburg Gateway is that a container placed on a freight train anywhere in Sweden is loaded onto a large ocean-going vessel within 48 hours, and will shave up at least a week off the transit time to Shanghai.
