Customer advisory – Reefer consignee verification

We would like to kindly remind you of the requirement for consignee verification in compliance with court ruling and for timely submission of consignee details for all reefers import shipments.

To ensure smooth vessel operations and avoid any last-minute challenges, we request that complete and accurate consignee details be submitted at least 12 hours prior to vessel arrival. Delays beyond this timeline may unfortunately lead to operational disruptions and could result in penalty charges as applied by the terminal.
