We’re pleased to announce the implementation of the Flow Gate System (FGS) at our terminal — a major step forward in enhancing operational efficiency, driver experience, and environmental sustainability.

What’s Changing?

Traditionally, drivers received printed pickup/drop-off tickets indicating container-wise yard locations. With FGS, we’re introducing a smarter, digital approach:

• Real-time SMS notifications will now guide drivers to their designated yard locations directly on their cell phone.
• Truck flow under RTGs is now regulated to avoid congestion. Excess trucks are routed to a staging zone, where drivers can wait until RTG’s are ready to serve them.
• This system ensures immediate servicing once the RTG is available, eliminating unnecessary waiting and manual coordination.
