In continuation to our earlier communication regarding the implementation of the Flow Gate System (FGS), we’re pleased to share that the parallel run is currently underway. Alongside the traditional printed yard location slips, drivers are now receiving real-time SMS notifications on their declared mobile numbers, guiding them directly to their designated container yard locations.

We are happy to report that this parallel run is yielding positive results, with smoother truck movement and reduced congestion under RTGs.
To ensure your drivers derive the full benefits of this new functionality, we kindly urge you to:

• Educate drivers to declare and carry an active mobile number during container evacuation from our terminal.
• Ensure the number provided is accessible to the driver on-site, enabling seamless communication and yard navigation.
