Customer Advisory: Relocation of pick-up and drop-off point for customs examination from 22nd February 2024

Dear Esteemed Customer,

Kindly be informed that as part of our terminal transformation for a better customer experience, the pick-up and drop-off point for customers, customs and the various government agencies going for customs examination, would be relocated to WACT customers’ car park on 22nd February 2024.

In view of this, please note that current pick-up and drop-off point will no longer be in use from close of business 21 st February 2024. We thank you for your understanding on this short notice.
