This communication serves as a follow-up to our advisory dated April 1, 2026, regarding the introduction of a fuel surcharge on Pilotage and Towage services. As previously stated, the surcharge was to be linked to HFHSD price fluctuations. However, ongoing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East have triggered a sharp and sustained rise in global fuel prices, resulting in significantly higher maritime operational costs.

Accordingly, the band structure outlined in the earlier advisory has been revised, and additional slabs have now been incorporated into the fuel surcharge framework.

All other terms and conditions outlined in our advisory remain the same. APM Terminals Pipavav appreciates your continued support and understanding in adapting to prevailing market conditions.
