Since SOLAS IMO regulations for Verified Gross Mass (VGM) came into effect on 1 July 2016, the Shipper must mentioned the Container Weight in the Bill of lading prior to loading a container on the vessel, for this reason, APM Terminal provide this service to our clients to avoid any operation delays.
