Customer Advisory - Online services and key features available on our website

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be reminded that the below mentioned services and key features are currently available on the APM Terminals Bahrain website. Please click on the links below to visit a service directly.

1. Track & Trace – Check status of containers based on criteria such as Import Availability, Export Booking Enquiry and Container Event History. Also check the latest vessel schedule for KBSP.
2. Gate Pass application – Submit a request for temporary/permanent port pass and track its status
3. Gate status – View live video feed of the terminal main gate and monitor truck turn time and average scanning times.
4. LIFT – Order and pay for additional services. Schedule and manage container appointments.
5. Ancillary Services – Process additional service requests (ASR). Access and confirm Terminal Departure Reports (TDR).
6. Appointment Availability – Check the availability of appointment slots per hour for container bookings for the next 10 days. Also check the number of daily appointments available for the Container Freight Station (CFS) for the same period. This appointment availability overview is updated twice daily.
7. Empty Container Inventory – Obtain a summary of the inventory of empty containers available at the terminal. Data is updated twice a week with a provision to display the previous 10 events.
8. General Cargo – Order general cargo services online.
9. Export Bookings – View container history and create bookings for export containers.

6. عرض المواعيد المتوفرة للحاويات المستوردة على موقعنا

7. جرد الحاويات الفارغة – الحصول على ملخص لجر د الحاويات الفارغ ة المتاحة في الميناء

8. البضائع السأبة - اطلب خدمات الشحن السأب ة عبر الإنترنت

9. حجوزات التصدير - عر ض حالة ومراقبة الحاوية وإنشاء حجوزات لحاويات التصدير

10. الإحصائيات - عرض إحصائيات الإنتاجية والممرات التجارية من 2011 حتى الآ ن .
