Force majeure notice

Dear valued customers,

We hereby notify all Port Users that a Force Majeure event has arisen as a result of the current regional security situation, which is causing disruption to port operations. The duration and extent of this Force Majeure event remain uncertain and will depend on further instructions, directives and clearances from the competent authorities.

As a consequence, port operations have been restricted and may continue to be suspended or otherwise impacted in order to ensure safety and compliance with official directives. In accordance with the Force Majeure provisions of the applicable Terms of Business, the Port is taking all reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of this event and to restore normal operations as soon as practicable. However, during the continuation of this Force Majeure event, the Port shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, loss, damage or consequential impact arising from or related to the disruption, suspension or restriction of operations.

All rights and remedies available to the Port under applicable agreements, tariffs and governing law are hereby expressly reserved.
