Booking terms and conditions Transport by rail is currently available on Tuesdays

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a slot on the train.

Allocation is dependent on available capacity.

The booking is only confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from our Customer Care team.

Requests must be submitted to APM Terminals no later than 16:00 the Monday prior to your preferred departure date.

Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up until above cut-off time.

Please note that the price covers a round trip. If you only wish to book a one-way trip, the same price as for the round-trip applies.
