Visitor Onboarding

All procedures on this page apply to persons not normally employed or stationed at Pier 400. All visitors to Pier 400 are expected to know and follow these procedures.
Only persons with a business reason to visit Pier 400 shall be permitted on terminal. Persons with no business reason shall not be permitted on terminal.

- You should check in with security and present your TWIC card or picture ID. Security is located under the “Pier 400” sign on the Administration building

- You will be asked to sign into a log

- Unless directed otherwise, Security will ask you to wait in the breezeway or the front entrance. Your Pier 400 contact will be notified

- Your Pier 400 contact will come and collect you and coordinate escort.
