WACT launches online service requests for added convenience and efficiency
It is now possible to order services online at the West Africa Container Terminal. It’s easy, it’s fast and it’s flexible. The following services can be ordered online, with more to follow.
Request in just a few clicks
To request additional services, simply visit Additional Service Requests under the Dashboard menu on www.apmterminals.com/wact. You'll need to login with your www.apmterminals.com account or follow the instructions to create an account if you don't already have one or register here.
Here you will also find a convenient overview of all the services you’ve requested and any requests that are still awaiting additional information. You can also revise or cancel your requests here for ultimate flexibility. Alternatively, if you’re not familiar with the services available, find the service you’re looking for under Services in the menu.
For services with a fixed price, you’ll be provided with an online estimate of the price. For other services that require a tailor-made solution such as Stuffing and Stripping, you will receive a tailor-made quote via email.
In the future, we’ll be adding functionality for you to manage the complete process via your account, including online payments and notification once the request has been fulfilled.
