The warning email notification sent to the dispatchers for the cancellation service advising dispatchers they have 30 minutes to action their appointments will be generated per appointment window and will contain a list of all appointments in jeopardy of getting cancelled if not actioned prior to the cancellation cutoff.
A second email will be generated after the cancellation service runs and be sent to dispatchers whose appointments have been cancelled because they failed to action their appointments (either by adding in missing info or selecting, “Keep Appointment”).
Keep Appointment” button allows dispatchers to bypass the cancellation service without having to enter the missing appointment data if the button is selected within the 30-minute grace period before the cancellation service runs.
If “Keep Appointment” is selected all mandatory appointment information is still required. Dispatchers have until the end of the appointment window to update appointment information.
Designated email addresses are pulled from TERMPoint accounts.
If appointment is cancelled, you will not be charged for a missed appointment.
In the table below the column, “Required Within 30 Minutes of Cancellation Trigger,” shows the appointment criteria per appointment type dispatchers must submit before their appointment gets cancelled or within the appointment window if “Keep Appointment’ was selected.
