New Hijri Year Public Holiday

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that the New Hijri Year is expected to fall on Thursday 20^th August 2020.

Our service coverage during this holiday will be as follows:

• Appointment office will remain closed on Thursday 20^th August 2020 and will resume services on Saturday 22^nd August 2020.
• Gate will remain open from 08:00 – 16:00 and will return to normal working hours from Saturday 22^nd August 2020.
• Vessel operations (Container and General Cargo) will continue as normal.
• CFS will remain closed on Thursday 20^th August 2020 and will resume services on Saturday 22^nd August 2020.
• Administration office will resume on Sunday 23^rd August 2020.

All customers are requested to plan as per the above to avoid any delays.

يرجى العلم أن ه من المتوقع أ ن تصادف السنة الهجرية الجديدة يوم الخميس 20 أغسطس 2020 .

ستكون تغطية خدماتنا خلال هذه العطلة على النحو التالي :

• سيظل مكتب المواعيد مغلقًا يوم الخميس 20 أغسطس 2020 ويستأنف الخدمات يوم السبت 22 أغسطس 2020 .

• ستبقى البوابة مفتوحة من الساعة 08:00 إل ى الساعة 16:00 وستعود إلى ساعات العمل العادية من يوم السبت 22 أغسطس 2020 .

• ستستمر عمليات السفن )الحاويات والبضائع العامة( كالمعتاد.

• ستظل المستوداعات مغلقة يوم الخميس 20 أغسطس 2020 وستستأنف الخدمات يوم السبت 22 أغسطس 2020 .

• يُستأنف المكتب الإداري يوم الأحد 23 أغسطس 2020 .
