Operating Hours

The terminal operates 24/7 (including the gate and Customer Service), in three shifts.

  • 1st Shift  ( From/ To ) 07:00 - 15:00
  • 2nd Shift ( From/ To ) 15:00 - 23:00
  • 3rd Shift  ( From/ To ) 23:00 - 07:00

Revenue Offices:

Invoicing & Cashiers: 7 days a week from 08:00 to 18:00

(ACT Bank for bank guarantee adjustment is open 6 days week 08:00 to 18:00 - closed on Friday)

Locations: Yard 4 and Yard 9

Administration office:

5 days a week – 08:00 to 16:00

(closed on Friday and Saturday)
